General Conditions of Sale
The products purchased on MANIDA.IT are sold directly by Mluxury Srl, a company under Italian law, with registered office in Corso Vittorio Emanuele 136, VAT number 08075091218
The offer and sale of products on the MANIDA.IT website are governed by these General Conditions of Sale.
The General Conditions of Sale may be periodically updated; those published on MANIDA.IT and accepted at checkout are considered effective and binding.
Please read the terms and conditions of sale carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
How to purchase
For each product selected, a descriptive sheet is displayed, with the image and essential characteristics, for example: color, size, unit price.
The images and colours of the products offered for sale on MANIDA.IT may not correspond perfectly to the actual ones due to the Internet browser and/or monitor used: Mluxury Srl is not responsible for any inaccuracies due to a particular computer configuration or malfunction.
Product availability
The products offered for sale and their prices are those indicated on MANIDA.IT.
If the products are not available at the time of ordering, the corresponding size will have the word SOLD OUT written at the bottom.
If, due to simultaneous purchases by multiple customers, the ordered product is no longer available, an order cancellation email will be sent, and a refund will be issued if payment has already been made. Mluxury Srl may change the products offered for sale on atelieronline.net and their prices at any time and without notice.
Product price
The price of each item is indicated in Euros.
Shipping costs are displayed before payment.
ORDER
Order
Placing a purchase order implies knowledge of these general conditions of sale and their unconditional acceptance.
Orders can be placed after registering and/or creating a personal account (register for free). Please remember to carefully read the Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Orders are placed by following the steps and instructions specified on the website.
The products offered for sale on MANIDA.IT may be purchased by consumers/customers who have reached the age of majority and who are acting exclusively on their own behalf.
Mluxury Srl will notify the customer via email if it is unable to accept orders received.
Order confirmation
Upon completion of the purchase, the Customer receives written confirmation of the product ordered, the amount to be paid, with details of the product price and shipping costs.

Mluxury Srl accepts the following payment methods:

Mluxury Srl accepts payments made with the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro.
Bank transfer
The receipt of the bank transfer must be sent to Mluxury Srl at mndamministrazione@gmail.com, no later than 3 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
We will ship the ordered items once the amount due has been credited, which must occur within 7 working days from the date of acceptance of the order.
The exact bank details for making the transfer will be provided via email upon completion of the online order.
Please email the bank transfer receipt to mndamministrazione@gmail.com with the subject line: “Bank Transfer Receipt - MND**** Order.”
Mark
Cash on delivery is available for shipments within Italy only.
Payment on delivery requires a fixed fee of €6 to be added to the final price of the order.
Payment must be made directly to the courier in cash (euros).
Any other payment methods may be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Mluxury Srl.

The products ordered remain the property of Mluxury Srl until the relative price has been fully collected.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping methods
Shipping information is provided at the time of purchase, is the responsibility of the customer, and is charged to your credit or debit card at the time of purchase.
Shipping costs
All purchases are delivered by GLS courier for domestic shipments and DHL for international shipments.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
The following table shows the shipping costs:
Shipping costs are €7.00 for domestic shipments and €12.00 for international shipments.
(In the case of cash on delivery orders, the 6.00 euro supplement is applied in any case).
Delivery times
From the moment the order is received, the delivery time of the products is 2-3 working days.
National deliveries are carried out and guaranteed by GLS.
All orders are delivered by GLS courier between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The courier requires the recipient's signature upon delivery.
Customers are requested to provide a valid address to which the goods should be delivered during delivery hours. Please notify us promptly of any address changes.
Once the shipment has been made, it is not possible to change the destination address.
At the time of shipment, Mluxury Srl will communicate the GLS shipment number to the Customer via email.
Products can also be delivered via partial shipments: in this case, only the price of the products shipped and the cost of each individual shipment will be charged. In the event of partial shipments, you will be notified via email.
Any delivery delays exceeding 10 working days must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days of order confirmation.
Shipping Status
The Customer can track the status of the shipment on the GLS website by entering the shipment number.
The web page shows the exact and updated movements of the shipment.
Receipt of goods
To ensure the safety of the shipment, the forwarder requires the recipient's signature upon delivery; if this is not possible, the goods will not be delivered.
If, upon delivery, the external appearance of the package shows imperfections, the Customer must open the package in the presence of the carrier.
We recommend inspecting the goods upon delivery and verifying that the quantity delivered corresponds to the order and that the packaging is intact and undamaged or otherwise altered. Any anomalies must be noted in writing on the courier's delivery note.
Any delivery problems must be reported promptly to our Customer Service and in any case within 30 calendar days of order confirmation.
Insurance
All shipped packages are insured against theft/loss and damage from the moment they are entrusted to the courier for shipment until delivery to the recipient.
If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse the goods or indicate on the delivery note that you are accepting a damaged package.
Once delivered to the indicated address and collected, the goods are no longer insured.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and Exchanges
If the products do not satisfy you, you can request a return or exchange.

The conditions for exchanges are as follows:
Return Procedure
The purchased goods can be returned within 5 days from the delivery date.
Returns made after the indicated deadline can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Mluxury Srl
To complete the return procedure, you must send an email to mndcommerciale@gmail.com to obtain the information needed to complete the return.
To return an item, please wait for the return authorization issued by Mluxury Srl.
It is important to provide a telephone number at the time of purchase as Mluxury Srl will arrange collection at
the delivery address and put you in contact with the designated courier.
The email with the return authorization must be included inside the package.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Returns will only be accepted if the procedure outlined in this section is followed.
Products must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during shipping, or, failing that, in adequate packaging.
Returning the product involves the payment of shipping costs plus packaging and product reconditioning costs.
Mluxury srl will send an email confirming receipt of the return and activating the replacement/refund procedure.
In the case of items subject to discounts or promotions, Mluxury Srl reserves the right not to authorize any type of return or exchange.
Furthermore, end-of-season items cannot be returned or replaced with items from subsequent seasons.
Return conditions
Returned products must be unworn, unused, and undamaged. They must still have all their original tags.
Shoes must be tried on a carpet and returned in the original box, which is an integral part of the product. Shoes returned without the box or in a damaged box may be refused and returned to the customer.
Underwear and swimwear should be tried on over your own underwear and without removing the protective sticker.
If the sticker is removed or the items are wrinkled, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the Customer.
Returns that do not meet all the required conditions will not be accepted.

Changes
It is possible to exchange the purchased product only for another product or products for an amount equal to or greater than the one previously purchased within 10 days of the delivery date.
Changes requested after the indicated deadline can be accepted exclusively at the discretion of Mluxury Srl
To make an exchange, you must send an email with your exchange request to ORDINI@MANIDA.IT
To exchange items, please wait for authorization from Mluxury Srl. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted. Please refer to the "Return Procedures" section.
Returning the product involves paying the shipping costs.
Please specify the new size, respecting the conditions set out in the return procedure. If you wish to exchange for another item, we recommend requesting a refund and making a new purchase separately. Specifying that this is a refund for an exchange and also providing the order number of the new purchase.
The replacement product will be sent to the Customer via courier plus any additional shipping costs.
Defective goods
Products received already damaged or showing defects of conformity are considered defective.
You can request an exchange for a defective product within 10 days of delivery, following the same steps as for Returns/Exchanges.
In such cases, Mluxury Srl will replace the defective item with an identical one, if available, or repair it if possible.
The replacement product will be sent to the Customer by courier without additional shipping costs.
If replacement or repair of the product is not possible, Mluxury Srl will proceed with the refund. The refund, including shipping costs for products originally defective, will be made to the same credit or debit card used by the customer for payment.
Refunds
The refund of the price of the returned products will take place within 15 working days from the date on which Mluxury Srl receives the returned product and has ascertained the defect in the conditions indicated.
The refund will be made to the same credit or debit card used by the Customer for payment, excluding shipping, packaging, and product reconditioning costs (unless the products are originally defective). Payment service fees will also be charged, calculated on the entire amount paid. (2% credit cards, 3% cash on delivery, 3.5% PayPal, 5% Klarna)

Access to and use of this site presupposes the reading, understanding, and acceptance of these General Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

By using MANIDA.IT, you accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as published on the site. The current terms and conditions can be consulted at any time.
Security and personal data
Mluxury Srl has adopted appropriate security measures to protect the personal data and information provided from unauthorized access or use.
Bank details are not recorded or retained on the atelieronline.net website, but are stored in a secure database of the bank used by Mluxury Srl, which appears on the transaction page exclusively for the purposes of the commercial transaction.
While Mluxury Srl has taken every possible precaution to ensure the security of your personal data, you should keep in mind that data transmission over the Internet is never completely secure and that any information shared online could be collected and used by parties other than the intended recipient.
The Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data communicated to Mluxury Srl through the atelieronline.net website.
Mluxury Srl may modify, supplement, and/or amend the Privacy Policy at any time; please consult the current text in the dedicated "Privacy" section.
Intellectual property
All content on the atelieronline.net website (drawings, illustrations, photographs, text, graphics, descriptions, trademarks, images, videos) is the exclusive property of Mluxury Srl or licensed to it.
It is forbidden to reproduce, distribute, publish, broadcast, copy, modify, or sell by any means, partially or totally, the content of the atelieronline.net website.
You may print material for personal, non-commercial use only.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Limitation of Liability - Disclaimer of Warranties
The atelieronline.net website may contain imperfections and Mluxury Srl does not guarantee that they will be corrected.
The atelieronline.net website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”.
By using the site, the User assumes all risks associated with such use and assumes full responsibility for any loss of use, data loss, and costs incurred for hardware and/or software support and repairs used in connection with the site. The User also agrees not to hold Mluxury Srl liable in any way for any damages arising from or caused by the use of the site or related to it.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
In the event of disputes, the Court of CASTELLAMMARE DI STABIA shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
