How to buy
1. If you already know what you're looking for, go to your Men's or Women's "store" and then use the CLOTHING , FOOTWEAR , BAGS tabs, or search by BRAND . You can also buy items on sale (SALE) or new for next season (NEW).
2. Once you've found the item you'd like to purchase, select your size from those available and it will automatically be added to your cart.
3. Check the items in "My Cart"; to remove an item from your cart, you can flag it and press Update Cart, or you can use the Empty Cart button to delete all items in your cart.
4. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to continue your order.

The atelieronline.com website provides a size converter that allows you to compare European sizes with UK, US, French, and Japanese sizes. Precise measurements are also available for each product type.

Packaging
Normal packaging
The order is delivered wrapped in paper with the logo in an envelope (invoice attached to the shipment)
Gift wrapping
Gifts are delivered in a gift box and with a card featuring your logo (the invoice will be sent to the order holder at a later date).
Shipping packaging
All orders are delivered in GLS envelopes without logo and without information about the contents
