RETURNS

Manida aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction by offering customers the option to return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items, net of service charges, provided that the returned items are intact and unused.

The return must necessarily take place at the expense and under the responsibility of the Customer within and no later than 14 days from delivery of the order and must be communicated no later than 5 days from receipt.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To send to If you return one or more items, the Customer is required to comply with specific conditions:
A) - All items for sale on the site Manida shoes are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the item. The item must be tried on without removing the tag. Returns will only be accepted with the original, perfectly intact tag attached, which may be a plastic seal with a thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label attached to the sole. Returns with a cut, broken, detached, removed, or tampered tag will not be accepted under any circumstances.
B) - The items to be returned must not have been worn except for trying on, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
C) - Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped to the Customer and must be appropriately packaged and wrapped.
D) - All other labels on the item, whether fabric or hanging, must be intact and under no circumstances removed from the item.
E) - The goods to be returned must be sent via your own courier within and no later than the 14 days permitted by law.
F) - The Customer who wishes to change the size, color or item must complete the return procedure and place a new order on the Manida website.
G) - Returns of underwear and swimwear items will not be accepted.
In case of failure to comply with one of the above conditions, Manida reserves the right to not accept the returned goods and to send them back to the Customer at the latter's expense.

4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE

A) - To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to mndcommerciale@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the goods, specifying the codes of the items to be returned. Once the return request has been received, Customer Service will Manida will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
B) - The shipping cost will be paid by the Customer.
All returned items will be inspected by Manida staff who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the returns procedure. Manida reserves the right to assess additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the resale of returned items. These amounts will be determined after evaluating the condition of the returned items and communicated to the Customer.

REIMBURSEMENT

If the return procedure has been completed correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming the return has been accepted. The refund will be made by credit card (if the order was paid for by credit card), PayPal (if the order was paid for by PayPal), or bank transfer, net of return shipping costs, packaging costs, and any product reconditioning costs, in addition to the cost of payment services calculated on the full amount paid (2% credit card, 3% cash on delivery, 3.5% PayPal, 5% Klarna).
