Manida ships worldwide, applying different rates depending on the amount spent, payment method, and destination, exclusively through GLS or BRT express courier. All goods shipped by Manida are carefully packaged. Manida will include an invoice with the shipment, detailing prices and discounts applied, even in the case of sales.
FREE INSURANCE
Manida is covered for all shipments by free insurance against theft and/or accidental damage. The insurance remains valid until the goods are delivered.
ORDER FULFILMENT
All properly completed and paid orders will be processed within two business days. All shipments depart from Manida , Italy, on weekdays only, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday.
TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT ONLINE
Manida offers its customers a trackable shipping service provided by GLS. Customers will receive an email confirming the shipment of their goods, along with the tracking number provided by GLS, which will allow them to check the status of their shipment at any time.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
Shipments can be DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), depending on the shipping address. DDP (Delivery Duty Pay) shipping is available to EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom), where VAT is already calculated and included in the purchase price. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) shipping is available to non-EU or non-Schengen countries, which are not subject to VAT.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the product's destination area. ITALY (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within two days of shipment. EU European Countries (DDP): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Non-EU European Countries (DDU): Delivery is approximately expected within three working days of shipment. Rest of the World: Delivery is approximately expected within 5-7 days of shipment with Express Service.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Once the goods have been delivered, it is the Customer's responsibility to carefully inspect the package before signing the delivery confirmation. If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, the Customer can sign the delivery confirmation with reservations or refuse delivery. Any anomalies must be promptly reported to the local GLS office and to Manida by sending an email to our customer service. If the Customer refuses delivery of the goods, any shipping costs required to return the package to Manida will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to Manida at the Customer's expense. In this case, Manida will deduct this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
